Orders and customization
How do I customize my product?
On a customizable product page, fill in the fields: photo, name, text… If the design is created from your photo, we email you a preview before printing. If your customization is text only, the item is printed straight away, unless you ask otherwise when you order.
Where are your products made?
All our products are printed on demand in our workshop near Grasse, in the south of France.
Can I pick up my order?
We have no store or pickup point. Pickup near Grasse is possible by appointment only: contact us before ordering.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 2 business days of payment, or of your preview approval if the design is created from your photo. During busy periods, it can take up to 7 business days.
How much is shipping?
- France: pickup point €4.50, home delivery €8, express €13. Free from 2 items, except express.
- Monaco and Andorra: home delivery €8, free from 2 items.
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and Poland: pickup point €6 to €8, free from 3 items; home delivery €15, free from 5 items.
- Other EU countries and Switzerland: home delivery €15. United Kingdom: home delivery €20. Free from 5 items.

How do I choose my pickup point?
In France, at checkout. In other countries, right after payment, on the order confirmation page. If you don't choose one, we select the pickup point closest to your shipping address.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Can I change my mind?
Yes, for non-personalized items: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Email us before sending anything back; return shipping is at your cost.
What about personalized items?
They're made just for you, so the right of withdrawal doesn't apply (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 3°). We take them back if they're defective or if we made a mistake.
My item is defective or not what I ordered
You have a 35-day return period from delivery. Email us with a photo: we'll exchange or refund the item and cover all shipping costs. This applies to all our products, personalized or not.
When will I get my refund?
Within 2 days of receiving your returned item, using your original payment method. Your bank may then take a few days to show it. Full details: refund policy.
Sizing and care
How do I find my size?
Our T-shirts have a regular men's fit and are true to size (like H&M or Uniqlo). Adult sizes XS to XXL, kids sizes 3-4 to 12-13 years. Measurements: size chart.
How do I care for my T-shirt?
Wash at 30 °C (86 °F), ideally inside out, and air dry: no tumble dryer. Iron inside out at medium heat.
