From there, we create a unique design. Once the visual is ready, we will send it to you by email for approval. As soon as you give your consent, we print your t-shirt and ship it to you quickly!

Nous expédions les commandes sous 48H. Comptez 2 à 4 jours ouvrés de livraison avec Colissimo et 5 à 7 jours avec Mondial Relay.

Est ce qu'on recoit un apercu du visuel du t-shirt avant de recevoir la commande?

Dans le cas d'un article personnalisé oui. Nous envoyons toujours une maquette à nos client avant personnalisation de l'article. Si l'article n'est pas personnalisable nous n'envoyons pas systématiquement un mail avant impression.

Je peux mettre mon t-shirt à la machine à laver?

Oui tout à fait, nos t-shirt/ sweatshirt sont lavable en machine à 30°C maximum, à l'envers de préférence. Séchage à l'air libre recommandé. Pas de sèche-linge. Repassage à l'envers à température moyenne.

Où est ce que l'entreprisé est situé?

FACTQRY est basé dans le sud de la France à côté de Grasse. C'est ici que tous vos produits sont imprimés !
