FAQ

How long does delivery take?

We ship your order within 48 business hours: that's our promise. In France, delivery takes about 1 day with Chronopost Express, 2 days with Colissimo and 3 to 4 days with Mondial Relay. In Europe, 3 to 8 days.

Will I get a preview before printing?

Yes, if your item is customized with a photo: we always email you a mockup before printing. For an item that isn't customized, or is customized with text only, we only send a preview if you ask for one when you order.

Can I machine wash my T-shirt?

Yes: our T-shirts and sweatshirts are machine washable at 30 °C, ideally inside out. Air dry, no tumble dryer. Iron inside out at medium heat.

Where is FACTQRY based?

In the south of France, near Grasse. That's where all your products are printed!

What does OEKO-TEX mean?

All our clothes are made from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified cotton, which guarantees they contain no harmful or dangerous substances. They're also VEGAN and PETA approved.
